Breath & Regulation: Harnessing the Power of Breathwork for Performance, Recovery, and Clarity

This immersive 90-minute workshop introduces participants to evidence-informed breathwork practices inspired by the work of Wim Hof, combined with trauma-informed nervous system regulation.
Through guided breathing exercises, live demonstrations, and practical application, participants will learn how to intentionally shift their physiological and mental state—on demand.

This workshop is both experiential and practical. Participants will:
  • Learn how breath directly impacts the nervous system, stress response, and recovery
  • Experience guided breathwork sessions that enhance focus, calm, and resilience
  • Develop grounding techniques that can be used in high-stress moments
  • Clarify personal and professional goals from a more regulated, focused state
