This immersive 90-minute workshop introduces participants to evidence-informed breathwork practices inspired by the work of Wim Hof, combined with trauma-informed nervous system regulation.
Through guided breathing exercises, live demonstrations, and practical application, participants will learn how to intentionally shift their physiological and mental state—on demand.

This workshop is both experiential and practical. Participants will:
